Rachel Birchmeier

Mrs. Birchmeier has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Services. She has a Master of Science in School Counseling. She has 4 years of experience as a Professional School Counselor. She enjoys using her education and life experience to serve the school community in this role. Mrs. Birchmeier will be serving Farragut Intermediate School full-time this year, working with 4th grade and half of 5th grade students.

Natalie Choate

Mrs. Choate has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling with a focus on School Counseling. She has 10 years of experience as a Professional School Counselor. She enjoys using her education and life experience to serve the school community in this role. Mrs. Choate will be serving Farragut Intermediate School full-time this year, working with 3rd grade and half of 5th grade students.

Ashley Phillips

Mrs. Phillips has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (with a minor in Child & Family Studies) from the University of Tennessee, and a Master of Education degree in School Counseling from The Citadel. She has 18 years of experience as an elementary school counselor and 1 year of experience as a middle school counselor. Mrs. Phillips has been a counselor at Farragut Primary School for the last three years and has served Farragut Intermediate School one day a week for the last two years. She enjoys making connections with students and families and is excited to serve FIS on Tuesdays again this year.
